The artist reserves the right to refuse any commission proposal for any reason.

Payment is done in USD through PayPal invoice. The client will need to provide their email for the artist to send the invoice to. After the invoice is paid for, the artist will begin work.

Payment is required upfront before the artist begins work on the commission.

If for whatever reason the artist is unable to fulfill the order, the client will receive a full refund. If the client cancels the order before the artist begins working on the commission, the client will receive a full refund. If the client cancels the order after the artist has begun work but before they have finished, the client will receive a 50% refund. The client cannot receive a refund in the final stages of work or after the work has been completed.

The client has the right to use the final work in any non commercial way (e.g. upload online, use in social media profiles, print for personal use, etc.). The client can not use the final work for any commercial use (e.g. merchandise, reselling), NTFs, or in conjunction with any generative AI.

The artist retains copyright of the final work, and has the right to use the final work in their portfolios. The artist may also upload the final work to social media unless requested by the client.

Work in progress updates will be provided throughout the process. The client may request changes to work free of charge within reason (e.g. composition or pose changes in sketch phase, changes to color in coloring phase, changes to minor details in final phases)

The client must be 18 years old or older to purchase sexually explicit work.

The client cannot commission other artists to alter the work.

The client can reach out through direct messages or email with their request and any relevant reference images. I will respond with for clarifications and to confirm the cost.

I will send an invoice through PayPal to the client's email. Once the invoice is paid, I will begin work.

I will provide work in progress (WIP) images through whatever form of contact the client prefers while working on the illustration for feedback or changes from the client.

Once finished with the illustration, I will send one last WIP image for the client to approve, and then send the full finished image file (in whatever file format(s) the client would like).
